01.Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using EQN Wifi (the "Application"), provided by Tạo Nguyễn Đình("we", "us", or "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Application on any web browser or mobile platform (including iOS and Android).

02.Description of Service

EQN Wifi provides an interactive location-based map tool designed to assist users in discovering Wi-Fi access points, managing saved Wi-Fi details, syncing data via Google Drive, and utilizing network diagnostic utilities (including password generation, certificate inspection, and Wake on LAN tools).

03.Acceptable Use & User Conduct

When using EQN Wifi, you explicitly agree NOT to:

• Connect to or attempt to access any private Wi-Fi network without express permission from the network owner.
• Use the Application for unauthorized hacking, packet sniffing, network intrusion, or distributing malicious network traffic.
• Post false, misleading, or malicious Wi-Fi credentials or access point locations.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Application except as permitted by open-source licenses.

04.Wi-Fi & Content Accuracy Disclaimer

Wi-Fi hotspot details, location markers, SSIDs, and passwords displayed within the Application are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis for informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee that any Wi-Fi network listed on the map will remain active, accessible, secure, or available at any given time, nor do we guarantee the internet speed or stability of third-party networks.

05.Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Application (including branding, UI graphics, logos, icons, and software code) are and will remain the exclusive property of Tạo Nguyễn Đình and its licensors.

06.Third-Party Map & Cloud Services

The Application utilizes third-party map APIs (such as OpenStreetMap and MapLibre tile services) and cloud authentication services (Google Drive API). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

07.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Tạo Nguyễn Đình or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, unauthorized network access, or service interruption arising out of or related to your use of the Application.

08.Termination & Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Application at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Application following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

09.Governing Law & Contact Us

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
